Cinch Loans is Suvidh Arora and a team of brokers and settlement specialists, working from Blackburn in Melbourne's east for clients across Australia.

Suvidh has placed loans for families, investors and business owners across Australia since 2018, from Blackburn in Melbourne's east and, before that, the city's west. Most clients are in Melbourne; plenty are in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and regional towns, handled by video with the same process. MPA ranked him Australia's No. 1 broker in its 2023 Top 100, and RateMyAgent has placed him in its National Top 20 three years in a row, on the strength of client reviews rather than volume.
Before broking he worked in investment banking and strategy consulting, and he has bought, developed and structured property for his own portfolio. That background shows in how he reads a loan: as one piece of a bigger plan, with the structure and the exit thought through before the application goes in.
In late 2023 he stepped away to run PropHero's Australian business as its CEO. In May 2026 he came back to Cinch full-time, to the clients and the work he likes best, and to the title he gives himself on the business card: chief solutions officer. The other half of the job, as he sees it, is teaching clients and the industry a bit more about financial literacy and wellbeing along the way.
He doesn't do it alone. Behind every file is a team of brokers and settlement specialists handling lender liaison, documents, valuations and the hundred small chases that get a loan over the line, so the broker's time goes where it matters.
Suvidh and the Cinch team are licensed mortgage and finance brokers. For tax, accounting or financial-planning advice, they'll point you to the right professional and work alongside them.
Cinch is a mortgage and finance brokerage. For tax, legal, buying and planning questions the team works alongside people they trust, and introduces you when it helps. Names and logos go here once each firm has agreed.
When your loan settles, we plant a tree in a local ecosystem through Reforest. It's the Cinch team's way of giving something back to the communities we lend in, and it costs you nothing.
You'll hear about your tree when your loan settles, and you can adopt it if you'd like to follow its progress.
Awards reflect industry recognition of past work, not a guarantee of any outcome. Read what clients say.
I'm cinchi, Cinch Loans' AI assistant. I explain how Australian home loans and finance work, and when a question needs a current figure I check trusted sources like MoneySmart, Housing Australia, the RBA and the state revenue offices, and show you where it came from. Suvidh and the team give the actual advice. Your questions are saved so they can pick up where we left off, and when a question needs a person, I'll put you straight through on WhatsApp.
