01Is this a loan application?+
No. It's a starting point. Your answers give a broker from our team what they need for a useful first conversation. Nothing goes to a lender, and there's no credit check.
02How accurate is the estimate?+
It's a rough guide using simple assumptions, the same ones as our borrowing power calculator. Each lender calculates differently, so the real figure can be higher or lower. We'll work out the real one with you.
03What happens after I submit?+
You can book a time straight away. If you don't, a broker from our team will be in touch, usually within one business day. If you'd like to get ahead, you can also start the secure fact find.
04What does it cost?+
It costs you nothing. If you go ahead with a loan, the lender pays us, not you, and we disclose that commission in writing before you proceed.
05What happens to my information?+
Your answers go to the Cinch Loans team only, to respond to your enquiry, and are handled as our Privacy Policy describes. Please don't enter account numbers, tax file numbers or passwords.
