If you've been here before, you'll have noticed things look different. The new cinch.loans went live on 23 October 2026. This is a short tour of what's changed and why.
The old site did one job: it told you we existed and gave you a phone number. The new one is built around the questions people actually bring me, in the order they ask them. What can I borrow? What will it cost? Is this scheme for me? Who do I talk to, and when?
Most conversations about a loan start with a number, so the site does too. There are five calculators, and they're on the calculators page as well as on the service pages where they're relevant:
None of them asks for your details and none of them is pre-approval. They're a starting point for a better conversation.

We arrange a wider range of lending than most people realise, and squeezing it all onto one page did none of it justice. There's now a page for each: first home buyers, home loans, refinancing, investment loans, construction loans, SMSF loans, commercial finance, development funding, asset and machinery finance and private lending.
Each page explains how that kind of loan works, what lenders look for, what tends to go wrong, and what we do about it. If you read one and still have a question, that's what the next two things are for.
The orange button in the corner is cinchi, short for Cinch Intelligence. It's an AI assistant we've built to answer the general questions that don't need a broker: how LMI works, what a serviceability buffer is, what the current price caps are under the 5% Deposit Scheme.
When a question needs a current figure, cinchi checks trusted sources such as Moneysmart, Housing Australia, the Reserve Bank and the state revenue offices, and shows you where the answer came from. When a question needs a person, it says so and points you to me rather than guessing. It isn't advice, and it says that too. Your questions are saved so that if you book a chat afterwards, I can see what you've already covered.
It's new, and it will get better the more it's used. If it gives you a wrong or unhelpful answer, tell me. That's how it improves.
The booking page connects straight to my calendar. Pick a 30-minute slot and you'll get a confirmation and a reminder, and we'll meet by video, at the office or at your place, whichever suits. No obligation, and no jargon. Those thirty minutes are for working out whether and how we can help, not for selling you anything.
The office is at 56 Maple Street, Blackburn. Most of our clients are in Melbourne's east, south-east and bayside suburbs, with a long-standing base in the west where Cinch started. We also come to you, and we work by video with clients everywhere in Australia. The locations page lists the suburbs we're in most often, with a page for each covering the local market, stamp duty and what the trip to the office looks like.
You're reading the Insights section. It's organised into eight categories: first home buyers, home loans, refinancing, rates and the economy, the property market, business and asset finance, cars and vehicles, and Cinch news. Every article carries a "last reviewed" date, and the ones about rates, schemes and caps get updated when the facts change rather than left to go stale.
New articles are going up through the rest of October and November, including a fresh piece in each category this week. If there's a topic you'd like covered, send it through on the booking page or mention it when we talk.
The way we work. One broker runs your file from first call to settlement, with a team behind the scenes doing the legwork. We hold a best interests duty to you, and we'll tell you plainly when the right move is to stay where you are.
If you find something broken, or something that doesn't make sense, I'd like to know. The site is a work in progress, the same as everything else worth doing.

Cinch Loans is a trading name of Additude Financial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 87 629 633 423), a credit representative authorised under Australian Credit Licence 389087 held by Australian Finance Group Ltd. Calculator results and cinchi's answers are general information only and don't take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account.
Articles are general information. A 30-minute chat with Suvidh and the team turns it into a plan for your situation: borrowing power, structure and the lender that fits.
